The essence is the sublime distillation of the fatigue of the (physical) ascent and the (spiritual) labor of the ascent, as in the Petrarca de l'Ascesa al Monte Ventoso.

A concept that in a modern key is secularized in the celebrated ascent of the Tour de France, in its declination of triumph and drama.

The opening of aldehydes takes us to the mountain, overwhelmed by the clean air smelling of metal and minerals from the summit. The wind brings with it the aromas of the mountains of Provence and the nearby Mediterranean: a hint of life, the scent of water, dill and mountain juniper, which blends with the scents of the coast, bitter orange flowers and iris.
